By accessing or using Common Sense, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. About the Service
Common Sense provides a daily message service that delivers one randomly selected message per day. Messages are non-political and non-religious in nature. The same message may occasionally appear on consecutive days due to the random selection process.
3. User Submissions
Users may submit messages for consideration. By submitting a message you agree that:
- The message is your own original content
- The message does not contain political, religious, offensive, defamatory or illegal content
- You grant Common Sense a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish and display the message
- All submissions are subject to review and we reserve the right to reject any submission without explanation
- Submitting nonsense, spam or inappropriate content may result in your email being blocked
4. Intellectual Property
The Common Sense name, logo, website design and app are the intellectual property of Common Sense. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The messages provided by Common Sense are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any message for any particular purpose.
6. Advertising
Common Sense displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and Google AdMob. These advertisements are clearly distinguished from our content. We are not responsible for the content of third party advertisements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Common Sense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Our service may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
